here are some basics about shipping, turnaround and materials.

shipping.

all packages are shipped via USPS priority mail, which to is a 2-3 day transit time.

international orders will ship via USPS first class international service unless other arrangements are made.  Please note that NWJ is not responsible for taxes or tariffs added to your shipment by the postal service in your country.  

policy.

personalized items are not returnable once made, with the exception of a mistake on my part, or a defect in materials. In order to assess the defect or error, the item must be returned to me and then will either be re-made or repaired.  

turnaround.

most orders are made and processed in a weeks time.  if you have an item you need quickly, please email me right away so we can make arrangements that work for both of us.

care.

brass items will tarnish over time, this is a natural characteristic of brass, and also the beauty of it.  it can be polished with a brass polish cloth, or brass creams that are widely available at most stores.

nickel items will generally not tarnish or change color, and look and feel like sterling silver.  care must be executed when wearing nickel items if you have a known skin sensitivity to that material.

sterling silver that i use is .925 and will tarnish if not worn, but can also be polished.

14k golfilled items are non-tarnishing, and wear wonderfully.  my source for my gold-filled items are based in the US and most all the metals and chains are made in the USA and are of great quality.  Although not recommended, 14k gold-filled items can be worn while bathing, swimming, or exercise, as they have been proven to wear well.  the process of gold-filled metals is not the same as gold -plated.  gold-filled will not wear off over time.
